Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer wedding consultations without an appointment.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Definitely not! We have plenty of ideas and inspiration to help you along the way. We find that by chatting with you about how you want the day to look and feel, we can help guide you towards designs you will absolutely love.

Whether you need lots of guidance and inspiration, or you know exactly what you are looking for, we’re here to help you.

Do I need to supply vases?

No, you can hire all of your vases through Red Fragrance.

We also have glass baubles for tealight candles, tealight candle holders, timber (treetrunk) chargers,

Do you flowers for weddings out of Sydney?

Yes! Sydney, Greater Sydney, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, North Coast, South Coast, out in the country, in a different state! Wherever your wedding, we can make beautiful flowers happen for you.

Do you offer any other services? Do you offer hire items or do I have to buy my vases etc?

As well as our styling and decor service we offer a huge ragne of items to hire for your special day, including garden settings, Chuppah's for outdoor cremonies, urns and pedestals for ceremonies through to candelabras and unique decorative items to help style your venue. All our glassware is available to either hire or buy.

Red Fragrance also have close affiliations with many other wedding suppliers, so just ask us and we'll source it!

How will I get my flowers on the day?

We will deliver your wedding flowers to where you need them, when you need them.

We will deliver bridal party flowers, and take care of the deliver and set up your ceremony and your reception flowers.

We’ll even take care of the packing up and collection the the end of the event so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

My wedding is on a Sunday, but you’re closed on Sundays.

No problem! We still provide exactly the same wedding services on Sundays.

The quote looks great. How do I book?

We require a (non-refundable) booking fee of $300.00 to confirm your booking. This doesn’t confirm the details of the quote (we understand there can be changes along the way - guest numbers, colour palettes, ceremony times…!), but it does put your wedding in our diary so we don’t commit to any other events that conflict.

Your final balance payment is due four weeks before the big day, and will reflect any changes made along the way.

(Any changes after that will be attended to as they pop up).

When do I need to speak with you about my wedding flowers?

It’s best to get in contact sooner rather than later - we can only look after so many weddings in one day, and we’d hate not to be able to help you because we’re already booked!

We recommend you get in contact with us once you’ve chosen your date and venue, and have a bit of an idea of how you’d like the day to look and feel. This means we can offer more suggestions and guide you towards flowers that will really suit the day.
